Delete your TeraMenu account

The short version
  • You can delete your account at any time, right in the app: Account → Delete account.
  • Deleting is immediate and permanent: your account, favorites and profile photo are removed and can't be restored.
  • No app? Email us from the address of your account and we'll do it for you.

1. Delete your account in the app

  1. Open TeraMenu and make sure you're signed in.
  2. Go to the Account tab.
  3. Tap Delete account at the bottom of the page.
  4. Confirm with Delete.

Your account is deleted straight away and you're signed out on every device.

2. Ask us to delete it

If you no longer have the app, email info@teramenu.com with the subject "Delete my TeraMenu account", from the email address you signed in with (with Apple's Hide My Email, from the Apple ID email it forwards to), so we know the account is yours. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

3. What gets deleted

  • Your account: your name, email address and Google or Apple account ID
  • Your profile photo, if you uploaded one
  • Your saved favorite restaurants
  • Your sign-in sessions and the push notification token of your device

We don't keep any of it afterwards. Anonymous statistics that can't be linked back to you, as described in our privacy policy, aren't affected. If you sign in again later, a new, empty account is created.
